No egos on this mat

Cobra is a tight-knit gym. Everyone respects one another, and the people who've been here longest want the newest person in the room to get better. That's the culture, and it's protected.

Gi or no-gi — your call

A gi is required for gi classes. No-gi classes have no uniform restrictions, and you're welcome to train no-gi only if you'd rather. If you want a gi, we can supply one for a one-time $50.

Programs

Adults

Gi classes Monday and Wednesday, no-gi Tuesday and Thursday. The curriculum covers both self-defence and competition technique, for beginners through advanced practitioners.

Kids

Kids gi on Monday, kids no-gi on Thursday, taught by Chris and Jeff. Typically toddlers through age 12, depending on the size of the child.
